Overview
Nested, a modern estate agency, approached Point to create a new brand that would redefine the home buying and selling experience. The challenge was to position them as a revolutionary alternative to traditional agents, highlighting their values of honesty, transparency, and innovation. Using Nested’s technology, which offers data-driven insights for a clearer view of the property market, Point developed a visual identity featuring home-inspired graphics and a palette reflecting interior textures. The project extended to their website, photography, and illustrations, resulting in a distinctive, cohesive brand.
